Mostafa Nabawy, born in 1994 in Cairo, is a graduate of the Faculty of Art Education at Cairo University and a member of the Fine Artists Association. He has taken part in numerous group exhibitions, including the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture and Arts in 2020 and the Youth Salon in its 27th, 28th, and 29th editions. His participation also extends to the Dai Festival in 2017 and the Black and White exhibition at the Gezira Art Center in 2014. On the international stage, Nabawy showcased his work at events such as the Serbia Festival and the Chelsea International Fine Art Exhibition in 2016. His artworks have been collected by both museums and private collectors in Egypt and abroad.
Mostafa is a multidisciplinary artist who explores various mediums in his creative practice, including photography, drawing, and painting. His artistic collections often draw inspiration from Egyptian folklore and cultural heritage, reflecting the depth and variety of these traditions. He believes that popular culture holds a unique authenticity and a deep connection with the public, as it emerges from their everyday experiences. To him, this form of art is inclusive—it belongs to the people, and its identity reflects the shared identity of the community.
