An accomplished Egyptian artist born in Cairo, She is currently a Professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University. El Falafly’s work is deeply inspired by the female figure, which lies at the heart of her artistic vision. Her exploration of women’s presence, strength, and emotional depth continues to shape her distinctive visual language.

She has been practicing art for 25 years and has held 18 solo exhibitions including: solo exhibitions at SafarKhan Gallery in Egypt (2020, 2017, 2015, 2013), “Seven Sins” at Art Sawa in Dubai (2014), “The Silence of the Strings” at SafarKhan in Egypt (2013), “Feelings” at Art Sawa in Dubai, an exhibition at Nicosia Gallery (Cyprus) in 2010, and an exhibition at the Gezira Center for the Arts in 2010. She has also participated in more than 70 collective exhibitions inside and outside Egypt, such as Exhibit Russia in Moscow (2015, 2013), an exhibition in Vienna, Austria (2010 and 2004), in Italy, and in the Jeddah Salon (2008, 2010). She has also participated in numerous international and local workshops.
